  • No consistency across future platforms (website, ads, social, etc.): Future touchpoints such as the website, social media, ads, and booking platforms require a unified look and message. Without a defined system, each channel risks feeling disconnected and unprofessional.

  • Need for a scalable identity usable across multiple touchpoints: The brand needed to work across multiple use cases — from digital platforms to real-world applications like vehicles or documents. This required a flexible identity system, not just a one-off design.

Without solving these, any marketing or website effort would lack clarity and impact.
